Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Packages are generally dispatched within 7-10 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Interlink , an email/text message is sent so you have the option to change the delivery time/day.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item for another size or a refund. Returns must be requested within 40 days via email sales@onlinekit.co.uk or calling 01663 790038.

Once personalised with player initials, name, squad number or position such as coach/captain, the garment becomes unique to you, consequently it is not possible for the garment to be accepted as a return. If you are returning an items for a different size you will need to cover the cost of posting back to us, but we will pay for the postage of the new item back to you. If your item is faulty or we will cover the cost of postage in full.
